Country aire modular home

These factory-built homes are a totally different story and have much more to offer than just low prices. However, one of their best qualities is that compared to conventional houses they are built in a short time and that is reflected in our pockets. Prefabricated modular homes with low prices fit the needs of any family.

Basically, a prefabricated house is defined as affordable social housing that is factory-built, usually in standard sections, panels and/or modules that conform to the building codes of a specific region. Parts are easily moved from the factory to the construction site. Perhaps the most common material used for prefabricated houses is wood, however prefabricated structures can be constructed of concrete, steel, and other materials. They are prefabricated modular houses, prefabricated concrete houses, prefabricated concrete modular houses, but always economic prefabricated houses. These houses compete seriously and are a better alternative to prefabricated wooden houses.

A passive house is a type of housing in which the resources of bioclimatic architecture are used combined with energy efficiency far superior to traditional construction. That is, resources such as natural sunlight, solar energy to supply hot water and electricity and other functions such as rainwater recovery or natural ventilation for example, are used to the maximum. The materials used are also important not only for their energy efficiency but also for their carbon footprint. Wood plays an important role here because it is an excellent insulator, but also because it is natural, biodegradable and recyclable.

Prefabricated houses are also industrialized constructions that are advancing technologically by leaps and bounds. Just a decade ago, the sale of prefabricated houses was seen only as low-range industrialized and economic housing, but now, these systems surprise a lot, not only aesthetically, but also for their efficiency, and there are examples of prefabricated houses with high energy efficiency certified with the aforementioned system.

It has been announced that Our World in Data, one of the most impressive data resources on the entire internet has updated its Energy Data Explorer with data to 2021 and new infographics with which you can examine, compare and gossip all about electric power in most of the world’s countries.

This cool infographic from Visual Capitalist shows how nuclear power production is split by country around the world. It’s a quick way to see who’s doing the heavy lifting in using the power of the atom to generate clean, emission-free electricity. [The data is current as of 2020.]

The way to understand the graph is very simple: of the total energy generated on the planet (about 2.5 TW in 2020) 4.3% has its origin in nuclear energy and this is what the circle represents. If all the nuclear power plants are grouped by country, the ranking shown in the circle is obtained, in which the area with the name of each country shows the percentage of energy generated that it represents of the total (of that 4.3%).
