People who have never owned a reactive dog may have no idea of the time and effort required to deal with reactivity. It’s embarrassing, but to make progress you have to get out there and work at it. CT or MRI may be necessary to reach a definitive diagnosis in these cases, as these are mild forms that do not cause obvious skull deformities.
