1.- Prehistory (1.500.00aC). Homo Erectus (1,500,000 BC – 10,000 BC). The first color they used was blood red. They had already mastered fire and from here they got black, from the charcoal left over from the bonfires. With the black color they outlined and with the red they filled in. It was not an ornamental intention but a simple ritual. Homo Sapiens, following the same guidelines, is considered a pioneer in the world of art.

The philosopher Aristotle (384 – 322 BC) defined that all colors are made up of the mixture of four colors and also gave a fundamental role to the incidence of light and shadow on them. These colors, which he called basic colors, were earth, fire, water and sky.

In optics, a prism is an object capable of refracting, reflecting and decomposing light into the colors of the rainbow. Generally, these objects have the shape of a triangular prism, hence their name. In geometry, a prism is a polyhedron limited by two equal and parallel polygons called bases and several parallelograms called lateral faces.

How to choose the dye with the color chart / color class

In astronomy, stellar classification is the classification of stars according to their spectral characteristics. The electromagnetic radiation coming from the star is analyzed by dividing it by a prism or diffraction grating into a spectrum, thus showing the rainbow of color (visual electromagnetic spectrum) interspersed with absorption lines. Each line indicates an ion of a given chemical element, together with the intensity of the line determining the abundance of that ion. The relative abundance of different ions varies with the temperature of the photosphere. The spectral class of a star is a short code that summarizes the ionization state, giving an objective measure of the temperature of the photosphere and the star.

Most stars are currently classified under the Morgan-Keenan (MK) system, using the letters O, B, A, F, G, K, and M, a sequence ranging from the hottest (O-type) to the coolest (M-type). Each letter class is subdivided using a numerical digit, with 0 for the hottest stars and 9 for the coolest (e.g., A8, A9, F0, F1 form a sequence from the hottest to the coolest). The sequence has been extended with classes of other stars and star-like objects that do not fit into the classical system, such as class D for white dwarfs and class C for carbon stars.
