A daily pattern of prayer requires the use of negations and affirmations. While there are many traditional types of denials that have helped you shift from a negative to a positive mindset in how you respond to life, there is one type of denial that can easily be adapted to help you deal positively with almost any negative appearance or challenge.

Now that we are practicing positive prayer, we recognize that the negative appearance is not real and therefore has the power we give it. Denial declares that we are unwilling to give power to anything that threatens to impede our good.
